Default Step-by-step coding LCI Tail Lights X5 E70

Hi guys. I have an 09 BMW X5 E70, which I am planning to replace and code new LCI version of tail lights. Could someone please describe a DYI step-by-step how to re-code the lights. Installation is not an issue for me. Also, if the front angel-eyes can be re-programmed to shine brighter, that would be good too. I have them replaced with LCD versions of the angel-eyes, but in my opinion they are not as bright as the factory LCD once. Thank you in advance for your replies ...

For LCI Tail Lights on pre-LCI: Just add +MOEB in VO then recode.
