Default Strange option in my VO: +KRAD

Hi folks!

Yesterday I connected my E87 LCI to PC for the first time, using OBD cable, INPA and NCS EXPERT.

The car is made on 05/2011 and I've bought it on 05/2013 from official BMW dealer, who told me that the car was fully recoded with lastest software. The car has Business HeadUnit fitted in.

Now I have to change my VO for coding a Professional HeadUnit with USB, BT and VC.
I searched for business HU option S662A ($662) in VO, but I can't find it! Instead of it, I found a +KRAD option . I googled for it, but I didn't find anything more about it.

Can anyone explain me what +KRAD stands for?
Can I replace +KRAD with $663 option for coding new professional HeadUnit?(adding also $6NN and $6FL for BT and USB respectively)

This is my complete VO:
E87_#0311&EA
AT%0354$1CA$1CB$1CC$1CD$230$249$255$2BT$2PA$302$32 1$411$431$441$473$4CG$502$507$520$521$522$534$540$ 548$563$698$7RS$845$855$877$884$8TL$8TN*UD71+KRAD-A080

Thanks!!

Beppe

why do you want to remove the +krad? I beleive "krad" has something to do with the tires! Because "rad" is german and stands for wheel!
But i have no idea what the k stands for!

Search in your E87AT file for it! Use Windows search "E87AT" and open it with notepad.

Thanks for the reply!
My first thing was that it refer at business headunit because I didn't find $662 option in my VO!

Following your advice, I found in the E89 DATEN folder the file named E87AT.ZUS, those two lines refer to KRAD service code:

Code:
H KRAD //CD83 für ALPINE-Radio (CD73)
K KRAD //Umrüstung CD83 für ALPINE-Radio CD73, nur für KMM //NA 190357 190358
It's seems to be related to the headunit, but I can't understand it...
Daten file are up to v.49

Thanks
Beppe

You cant find business HU option S662A because it is not an extra accessory.
