Default Understanding TOOL32 VIN change

I have read how to change VIN number on ECU , This is my issue - I had a cappl aka CCC failure do to age. ( Chips on main board ) Issue Stuck on BMW splash screen or Rebooting over and over or sometimes boots up in morning an works fine till car is restarted or gets hot. So I replaced the ccc unit with a used one of ebay for a good price. So I installed unit an defaulted all the Recommended Cappl stuff.
. As I lost FCS voice control I got the CD with codes. An loaded it with tool32 an Progman. But when I go to change Vin numbers on Selected CCC it wont let me Change vin. I have tried NCSexpert an Tool32 an read to eyes bleed. I even treid adding a F to end of vin to make it 18 Digit an I can get it to flash but vin stays the same. An im not talking about UIF as I know it will stay same. I know I can use WINKFP an re-flash or update CCC to fix Change VIN. BUT I only have K-DCAN an 60 amp Power supply but will not Chance the 4-8 Hour flash an chance a Failed flash an have to buy another CCC.

So is there a guide or step by step VIN change with TOOL32. I have read many posts asking this ? Without answering the ? If it can be done How????

I have done this = 1.) choose open file and open the .PRG file matching the ECU you want to interact with.
in my case: CCCA60.PRG for the navigation unit.

2.) then you get a list of jobs. Some read data, others write data.
To execute a Job, just double click on it.
For jobs that write data, an argument is necessary. The description of argument is stated in the "job description window" e.g. "integer" or "string, 18 characters"

Here, I loaded CCCA60.PRG and executed the Job c_fg_lesen
quick Tanslation:
fg = FahrGestellnummer = Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
lesen = read ("schreiben" would be write)

Please I have found TOOL32 vin change DOC on another site but It just says you can An doesn't give you the commands. I have used translation to translate German to English But that only lets me understand commands but doesn't tell you the steps..
Please help as I cant reactivate VOICE COMMAND till VIN match. Thank you

Is "F" the right checkdigit for your ViN you want to Code?
You can Check it be Reading VO with ncs. There you can See your checkdigit.

All charters have to be written big like:
WBAU.... Not wbau....

Sent from my BMW using M-Power.
