Default X5 E70 manual doesn't work for me

I've got a 2011 X5 E70 with professional navi and top hifi.

The car was buyed in America where I lived last 4 years.

Since I live in Spain right now it is not possible for me to set radio stations like 98.0 or 96.4. Only odd decimals are allowed (US configuration). I've looking for weeks in forums and found nothing.

This trick doesn΄t work for me to access radio service mode.

"Service Mode is Accessed as Follows:
• Open Start menu
• Press and hold the controller for at least 10 seconds
• Move the controller 3 stops to the right
• Move the controller 3 stops to the left
• Move the controller 1 stop to the right
• Move the controller 1 stop to the left
• Move the controller 1 stop to the right
• Press the controller once.
Note: To exit Service mode press the Menu button."

I've tried a trick from E90 idrive that reveals a service mode with info about GPS, telephone and Gracenote, but not radio settings.

Any help?

Thank you.
