Default ZGW flasing problem

In order to retrofit NBT navigation in my F10 from 2010 I had to change my ZGW(central gateway unit). I must flash it first in order to get it to work with my VIN.
I uppdated my ESYS with EDIABS and PSdZData files. I mounted the ZGW(used) that I bought and made contact. Sadly I got two separate error messages. One when I tried to connect through VIN and one when I tried through URL/using the cars IP. Does anyone have any suggestions what I am doing wrong???!!

Sorry for replying to a super old thread here :) Did you get this worked out and were you able to retrofit the NBT without any additional emulators/adapters?
