Default 2004 E46 330i WON'T IDLE / HIGH RPM FINE

2004 E46 330i
The thing starts but soon quits if you don't step on the gas enough to bring it up to 2000 RPM or something around there. It sounds and feels like it develops and sustains plenty of power but quits when returning to idle.
I searched around the whole forum but couldn't find a thread that describes this situation.

Two codes that came up on a scan were P2240 and P2237. They are oxygen sensor codes I think.
What does this situation really sound like to you?

PS: My 1st post on BMWC :D
