Default Cf33 fault after deleting dme adaptions

Hi,
After i deleted all dme adaptions witzig inpa i gut an error cf33 in Transmission.
No Chance to delete it with inpa or tool32.
Seems like described in Bulletin si b 24 10 07.

Any idea how to get rid of it using inpa?
I have dis but cant get this working.

Any help appreciated.
