Default which diagnostic software for 2010 E91 ?

I recently bought an E91 318i & I also sourced some diagnostic software:

I also have some others too. Which should I be using for this car?

I have 2 cables, a switchable K+D can (ODB to USB) & a ODB to network type which I believe is for the later F-series cars.

The only software I can make work on this car is ISTA D but this does not appear to be able to read all of the ECUs. Should ISTA P work on a car of this age?

thanks in advance
