Default Different software versions on my BMW E46

Hello guys,
I have a problem with my bmw E46 from 2000 year , with m43tu cod engine.
I do not have power when I accelerate.
After I scan the car with INPA, I saw that ECU and EWS3 it has an other VIN number than I know (it seems to was replaced).
I attached files with the scan. On the information data, I saw BMW TP-421 Weber and BMW TI-433 Schiefer with different version.
It is normal?
It is possible than DME module to not work with ECU or other module?
When I turn the key in position 2, the check engine light do not appear (the bulb is working, I made a dashboard test )
It is possible to have a modified software?

Thank you in advance
