Default e36 1600cc connection problem with INPA

Hi do you know any one where is this problem? The car is BMW e36 1600cc year 1997 with ews and DME ecu 0 261 203 660. with old 20pin connector

I try to connect the INPA and BMW scaner but nothing. I try the auto-com and connect,I try carmascan and connect normaly.

I try the INPA and BMW scaner in the other bmw car and work ok.
Any info for this?
