Default E90 won't start anymore. Problem EWS / DME / CAS ?

Hello,

I have a problem with a BMW E90, doesn't start anymore.

The car had a problem with the engine ( Valvetronic ), which got solved and the engine run after repairing a few times for testing.

Then I tested the car and it worked. After that I assembled all the small parts and covers and after everything was completed I wanted to drive car out of garage, but that didn't work anymore. Starter is function, but no injection is turned off due to EWS / CAS ??!

Now the car stands in garage and has following Memory (read with DIS and INPA cable)

- 51AD EGS: No message from DSC
- A3B2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER
- D35A DSC: No message (CAS 304)

A time there was this error in DME:
- 2F44: EWS Manipulation Protection

Someone can help me ? The DME, CAS or any Controlunit wasn't replaced, just mechanical Valvetronic.

Thanks

Have you tried aligning the CAS with the DME? Does the car crank? If it cranks over but doesn't start your issue is not with the CAS because the CAS is releasing the starter. I have seen the EWS manipulation fault before on an E90 and all I did was go throught the CAS/DME calibration and that fixed it. Also there should be a way to teach the valvetronic end stops. This should be done otherwise the car might not perform as well as it should.

Yes the car cranks.

The car worked fine.
I then just powered car off and assembled plastic covers in front area.
After ~1hour I wanted to drive car out and didn't work.

I already performed Valvetronic Limit Position Control, after repairing, before first testing, and car worked as mentioned above.
Yesterday I tried to perform VVT Limit Position Control again, but that's not the solution.

What do you think about the fault memorys from 1st post ?

CAS / DME Alignment, where can I find that in DIS ?
I did CAS Reset in DAS and CAS Sync I think.
But don't know maybe I need to perform CAS Reset, then CAS Sync, or first CAS Sync then CAS Reset...

If you know how to do it correctly it would be great.

Well if the car cranks then the CAS/DME sync is not your issue. If it was the sync the car would NOT crank at all. The faults you mention seem to be pointing to fault data transmission to the DSC from CAS and EGS from DSC. They should not affect starting however.

Already did DME - CAS Sync.

And a user above said, that CAS Sync is fine, otherwise car wouldn't crank.

I think car is getting no fuel.
This can be Drive-Away-Protection Issue ?

But starter is working, spark is coming too, just no fuel.

With diagnosis tester I can't reach EKFP, which should be electronic fuel pump control module.
But I don't know if I should be able to reach it.

Where is the fuel pump relay and / or fuel pump control module located ?

EKP module should be located behind the rear seatback on the right side (right next to the right rear door). If you have fold down seat this is a breeze to get to otherwise it's a little PITA. The EKP is responsible for pump output. There is no seperate realy for the fuel pump. I have seen this module fail before. YOu should be able to reach the EKP thru the DME if I remember correctly.

The E90 has EWS4 - there is no alignment only a handshake between the DME and CAS.
The EWS fault sets due to the long crank, but no start.

Please help an idiot...

I used INPA before on my e46 (3-4 years ago) with the help of a friend, so I thought I could take care of the airbag warning light on my 2007 e90. I spent a day reading, found a lot of info, got very confused then killed my car

I was "playing around" trying to find information for WinKFP (ZUSUB) because I could not find any guide that was comprehensive(idiot proof) enough, so I took on an adventure with INPA, Tool32 and WinKFP.

At one point in time, the car just wouldn't start anymore. An orange padlock/steering wheel light came on to the dash. I panicked, tried to undo my steps and made it way worse...

Now the car blinks, clicks, whirls, and nothing.. At one point in time I couldn't even take the key off, my wife figured that one out...

PLEASE HELP THIS IDIOT!

I have no idea of what to do or how at this point.

Can I "reset the car to default"?

I removed the battery's cables for now.

Help... Please...

This is all I get now:
