Default E91 climate control unit dead :-(

I picked up my beautiful 2011 M sport touring from my local second hand dealer on Thursday afternoon (31/03/16), all seemed well until I took my son back to University in Hull this morning (02/04/16).

We set off, looking forward to the drive (in dad's new car) when I suddenly realised the climate control unit was completely dead! No lights at all and no functions present, fan not working etc. Popped in to BMW Leeds on the way and of course with it being Saturday and just after 1 o'clock, no joy the service department were closed.

Can anyone tell me if a fuse has maybe blown? Which one is it? Or maybe someone is aware of any other associated issues, any help would be much appreciated, many thanks in advance of any replies.
