Default How to repair can bus etc.

I'm looking for information about can bus etc.
I've got an E90 2006 where I removed 2 options from (aux. heating and bluetooth inc. the wires of those options)
Now when I turn on the ignition nothing happens however I can start the car and it doesn't go on steering lock. (didn't drive it)
I've removed the complete most bus. I'm going to put that back.

What I would like to know how does the can bus actually work.
I don't recieve 12V on +15 but when I measure voltage on the cas +15 is getting 12V. I can't diagnose the car because +15 is receiving 0V and when the engine is running +15 is 14V however ista-d still says 0V.

Hardware: Icom
Software: ncsexpert, inpa, ista-d, ista-p

any help is appreciated

Past month I didn't have time for it but last week I finally fixed it.
It's a long story and a lot of hard work but all the modules are alive again.
I can connect to the modules using ncs and ista-d.
If my post was usefull use the thanks button on the right.
