Angry iDrive blackout - please help !!

On my 530d (E61) I played a little bit with INPA Diagnostics software and switched OFF Relay 1 in Micro-Power Module (MPM) by mistake, and since this time is my iDrive and all depending components like the rado, navi, blue-tooht connection inactive - deelectized. The problem is, that even when I tried to switch back ON the Realay 1, it does not react - the iDrive is still OFF .
Can you advice please.... Thank you!
