You need to attach the instrument with old cluster then you code will work fine otherwise use as it is.

You may need to align steering angle sensor, or the VIN in the cluster is different and ARS is not working. Read the codes in ARS.

Default resetting the A3B3 - INSTR.CLUSTER: No message from Active Roll Stabilization

Can anyone tell me what to do to clear this error on my BMW530i? I am in a real rush as I am trying to sell this vehicle.

Since you do not have the tamper dot in the instrument cluster i assume your VIN in the cluster is good.

But after coding the kombi you may need to initialise the dynamic drive.

Connect your car to NCS, code the new cluster to default.
That will clear the faults.

Or you can do it within ISTA/P or NCS. There is a option under module to "calibrate steering angle" or something similar. If i recall correctly, this is also doable in INPA on some chassis.
