Default Programming with progman

Hi Folks,
Newbie here.
I am probably gonna ask something that is already on the site.

Had a gt1 for a couple of years been a bit scared to touch progman with all
the horror stories of wrecked modules and didn't really want to spend a lot of dough on a power supply.

I fancy giving it a go.

So i have read the manual but its a bit heavy for me. So wanted to ask a few questions.

What is a reasonable priced power supply. They seem to require about 70amps.
All the ones i have looked at are over 700. So any advice there?

Ok, there seem to be three areas ckm, coding and programming. What is the difference between coding and programming? I thought it was the same thing clearly not.

Any help advice would be appreciated.

Thanks to all the guys who have posted the pdf manuals. fantastic information there.
