Default Remote Key won't open the front doors (only opens the rear door)

I just bought this BMW X5 2003, and it didn't come with a master key, came with a standard key (the one without remote). and I can not lock the front door using the center console lock switch. (the lock switch only locks the rear switch)

Previous owner said if I order a master key, it will be solved, today I ordered Master key from the dealer and they programmed it, but still have problem.

so the problem
the remote and the center locks witch only locks/unlocks the rear doors and I have to manually lock the front doors by hand and by rotating the key.

what do you guys think ?

I took two photos of it:
