Default Satellite Radio- 2011 328i Sedan

Hi! I'm brand spanking new! I have purchased a 2011 328i. It does not have I-drive or navigation.
It DOES have the S655 code. (It has the premium package, but basic radio) I checked the vin with xm, they said my vehicle has an xm radio, and they transferred my service from my old car to this one.
I called the genius help center and the CSR told me that I should have xm radio, and that the previous owner used the free subscription.
Here is my problem... there is no satellite button in my radio menu options. The CSR told me he didn't know why it wasn't showing up. In the radio menu, it says "Tuner" "CD" "AUX" "USB"
And that's it. Can someone help me figure out why the satellite button disappeared?
