Default TOOL32 to update ecu?? can it be done?

I want to update DME w/new Update for cold start issue in e60 545. I have replaced intermediate levers when Valve seals were done, But still have cold start issue. I know software was update on ecu to help issue in 04/05 models with n62. I cant seem to find my ECU ZB numbers in winkfp. Ok so figured out that you cant update ECU ME9N45.ipo with winkfp. But I have ME9N45.IPO in TOOL32. So how can I update ECU/DME w/tool32. VVT also be updated with tool32 since its also has no zb number ot ecu family in Winkfp? I cant get ista/p to run right with china icom. So k-dcan is only way
