Default [E60] can we add $861 to delete EOBD and remove MIL forever?

Hi, all techs:

I want to remove MIL on instrument cluster and CHECK message on CID Because the customer
refuse to repair problems about those rear O2, DMTL,VANOS.....so many many problems and hope to
disable all warning message and lamp forever.

I have ever added VO $861( for deleting EOBD) $168 (for EU2) $199 (for W/O CAT) and recoded
CAS,DME,KOM,CAPPL.. but the MIL on instrument cluster and CHECK message on CID still are active.

In the past, on 2000-2004 E53 ( with M54 engine, DME/MS43) we could re-program DME with
program number for W/O EOBD and then we could remove MIL on instrument cluster completely,
but now the ETK was not providing those program number for W/O EOBD for E60/E70 (N52/MSV70).

So, is there any method could remove MIL on instrument cluster and CHECK message on CID?
