Default Aux Heater (Webasto) enable timer function

Hi All,

Searched around but can't find a good, clear DIY on exactly how to achieve this:-

UK 530D E39 - Comes with Aux Heater (Webasto) but the timer features are disabled by default. I'm pretty sure that these can be enabled using NCS Expert, but does anyone have a step-by-step DIY as to precisely what I need to change/program?
I think it's a case of changing the factory option list, but I'm not confident enough to do it unless I see exactly what I need to do.

Hopefully someone has done this,

P.S. I also have PA Scanner 1.4, can this do it?
