Default Bluetooth profiles

i have a problem, in my e60 2004 i have prof navi& tel with bluetooth(and one in the armrest).
With old phones i have no problem but no iphones want to connect(try with 3gs&4).
In cappl i saw a value of bluetooth profiles; profile1/profile2/nicht active (or something same). By default i have profile2, maybe if i change to 1 or nich, will the problem go away?

PS; sorry for my english
