HELP!

Am I the only one that has seen this error?

When I go to run instprog.exe I get this error

"Run-time error '380':

Invalid property value"

I can't find anyone else with this problem.

INPA runs fine and connects to the car, but without instprog to install scripts, I can't DO anything in it

Ok I have got past the runtime error 380. This error means that some files (in this case system files) are missing. Run CCCleaner to clean the registry and replace missing system DLLs.

It won't work with Windows 7 64 bit, but will work with 32 bit.

Did you try just ignoring the message and installing anyway? Mine did the same thing, but installed just fine on Win7-32, and works properly.
