Default Can SSS change E90 DVD and FM radio region

Hi I am new comer from Hong Kong.

1. Just a strange question I wonder if I can change the radio frequency range /region and DVD player region from SSS programming of iDrive?

2. Does any one have experience of adding a PDC parking sensor [the original car has no parking sensor] and can this parking ECU add-on be program from SSS to display the parking distance in idrive display monitor?

Thanks for your help and see any one can help on these two questions....
