Default CAS not working anymore E60

hi all , im new here on this forum .
i need help with bmw E60
whe had a E60 in our workshop where the MPM module need to change

whe use the ista platform it starts with all the neccesary updates that he automaticaly do ,but after ista asked for ignition turn off whe can not turn the ignition back on , Cas is dead . no other diagnose now possible
is there a solution to reprogram the cas module ?????

same problem it happend with mine.. and I've replace the cas

If CAS fuse is OK try to reprogram with Winkpft.If not works you can program with CAS programmer with dump from another CAS and cahnge the key information and ISN key.

Any more specific information on this? My CAS works 'some times', and the dealer had trouble programming a new second key - said it was the CAS computer that was messed up, and going to cost $800 for new one. I figured if that was the case, it wouldn't hurt for me to look around and try to fix myself. If it fails, I'm not any worse off. Just wondering if you had more specifics.

I'm in Manchester too! Are the minis still broken??
