Exclamation DIS v44 API Initialisierung - Fehler 0009: Timeout :(

Guys, I'm giving up!

I just installed VMware and DISv44 a second time exactly like it's described in the instruction. It always fails at the API TEST. I get the following failure code: 0009: TIMEOUT.

Firewall deactivated; DiagHead is running; IFH-Service is running;

I can thee the green bars for the computer in DIS but I cant see the bars for the diaghead. (see attachment)

Who can/wants to help me - maybe login my laptop? I'm also willing to pay you if you can make it work.

thanks in advance
