Default E81 - MOST/USB interface requires changer activating

Hi guys,

I've managed to acquire a NetBook with an N280 processor and 2GB RAM running Windows XP. I'm hoping that's OK to run NCS Expert. The module fitted is a GROM Audio MOST Lite. Power and MOST ring appear to working OK, so now it's on to coding.

I've downloaded and successfully installed the software, connected my K+DCAN cable, and I get the 2 black dots for battery and ignition as described; great! From there it's not really talking to anything, in particular checking the status of the airbag throws an error message. I have a facelift (Aug 2009) E81 and was wondering if the data files are not quite there for my car. Do I need to download newer ones? What's the best release to go for and is it a case of just updating files in the SGDAT, ECU and DATEN folders?

That's the first bit. Once in NCS Expert, I'm struggling to find the entries I need to adjust. Can anyone help me here?

Thanks ever so much in advance...
