Default gauges not working after coding ike

hello
i have a big problem , i disconnected the battery for some work and when i was done and tried to start the car the navi screen asked me for a code with a countdown stuck at 9:59 , so i read online i must code the gauges , used ncsexpert , the car now start but the gauges dont work and also the pdc , heated seats , auto pilot dont work ,
please help , the car is 01 525i

tried to restore with ncs exper to factory setings, no luck i also have this eroor code timeout can botschat instr2 & instr3
please help
