Smile Help mobile inpa

Hi is anyone here able and willing to either connect to my computer and then my car via my inpa etc as I cannot seem to recode my headunit or carry out the drl upgrade. It's either my inpa files aren't correct or I am being a dummy. Anyways either if there is anyone willing to Skype and guide me or take control over the net would be a big help
