Default INPA error codes need help to understand.

Hi Everybody. Im new the coding scene and are so far enjoying what iv Learnt.
What I am Really struggling with though is understanding what the error codes mean and how to decode them. Iv searched and searched but just cannot find a comprehensive answer to the question. can anyone break it down into "idiot" language. id really like to understand how to break them down/convert them.
can anyone point me in the right direction/explain
I don't just want codes decoded for me. Id like to be able to understand. thanks.
