Default K+DCAN interface cable faulty?

Please help, I'm not sure if my cable is broken or if my INPA software is not installed correctly. I've read through many threads. I've done the OBD.ini tricks. Com port and latency changes. Included all of the IP address and remote port in the EDIABAS.ini files. Is there a true test for the interface cable to make sure its not faulty?

INPAload.exe not getting 2 black dots. I am receiving IFH-0003 fault code. please help. I need to cycle my ABS pump to see if i can unstick the ABS valve. Thank you
