Default Latest INPA EDIABAS etc. vs. My Current Versions

I currently own the following software revisions levels. Is there any reason for updating? Is there any benefit getting ISTA? I have a 2001 E39 (M5). This is the only car that I use this on.

Here are my current versions:
Ediabas: V7.3.0
INPA: V5.0.0
DIS/GT1: V1.0 Base 44
WinKFP: V5.3.1
NCS: V4.0.1
SSS/ProgMan: V32
ToolSet 32: V4.0.3

I got this as a package from BMCables in 2014. They are now offering an update. They are offering the following for about $28.

ISTA-D RHEINGOLD: (v3.50.10)
ISTA-P RHEINGOLD: (v3.55.0.300)
INPA: (v5.50)
EDIABAS: (v7.3.2)
NCS Expert: (v4.0.3)
WinKFP: (v5.3.2)
Toolset32: (v4.0.4)

Let me know what you think.
