Default LCM Coding

I bought a used LCM IV for my 1998 540i, which currently has LCM III installed. Initially the plan was to first have VIN and millage programmed with PASoft and then code it to the car with NCS. I did this a few years ago with the LCM III, when I replaced my original damaged LCM II and all seemed fine. But now I believe I missed a step, I believe ZCS also needs to be programmed into the new LCM? Also, since I installed LCM III, I upgraded my stock tails to Celis tails and had the LCM recoded with DIS to enable "LED rear lamp" option. When I change this option, does DIS update ZCS as well?
