Default NCS Chassis Fauly

Hello..

Can someone please help me.. I've got Win XP on my laptop and I've managed to get INPA communicating with my car. I've updated all the SP Daten files to the latest version and also executed the Laden.Bat file. Problem is once I open NCS expert, load a profile, press F1 and then F3, choose my chassis E89, I keep getting Chassis Faulty?? Any help would be great, new to the coding world..

Thanks

run the laden.bat file from the DATEN\EXX folder. This fixed the same error for me.
