NCS Error iph-0006 EDIABAS or SGBD Error

Is anyone familiar with this error? I am able to read out the FSW_PSW file but when I go to code it back in to my E36, I receive the following error:
COAPI-2000 EDIABAS or SGBD Error
iph-0006

Look forward to finding a solution for this as I have been searching for hours...
Thanks

Try to update your ncsexpert with newest data ( ex: data from Progman 32).
What ediabas version you use?

If you tell us the steps you take when doing this, we might easier see if youre doing everything right, just so we can rule that out.
If you use the 6,4,3, that floats around I have noticed it missing E36 files.
Copy these files to your ncsexpert\daten\e36\ folder , they are from ista39.
