Default Now i need help pls

I have a bmw 645 ci 2004 ( first one ) , right I sorted the gearbox, iv sorted the water leaks from engine,, now I have all the usual software now, and doing it through (ops most )interface and fibre if needed, but heres the thing , my cars vin number is not in any of the modules, the DME has one vin, and the majority of the others have a different one, with 3 modules with errors as they have just the yyyyy in inpa, iam trying my best with the time I get in the evening kids etc, to learn how to use , ncs expert, inpa, sss rogman, dis44 dis 57, etc, so its slow going, , I wondered if anyone could find the time to talk me through it or remote with me or just do it on the phone with me, but the other question would be , how do we think this has happened, most are the on vin, and a few are another all dated around 2004-2005, which module os the main control or master, which gets read first in the programs is it the DME, thanks
