Default OPPS IP Error

I have been using my OPPS head back and forth on DIS/SSS and INPA. For INPA I go to internet explorer type in the IP for the OPPS and lock or release it. Now when I try to use it in SSS it gives an IP collision error and will not recognize the head. My IP is 192.168.68.40, when I test the interface in SSS it says it is successful but will not list it. Any help greatly appreciated.
