Default OPPS & virtual machine

I know that a clone OPPS head can be set up to work with a native install of GT1 & SSS Progman on a laptop such as an IBM T30 and that it can also be used directly with INPA, NCSExpert etc.

But can it also be set up with a GT1 / SSS Progman installation under VMWare?

And if so, how is the connectivity made to the head? For instance when running GT1 there are 3 network connections set up, which one is needed to point to the IP address of the OPPS head?

Thanks in advance.

Default

After a fair bit of network configurations and EDIABAS tweaks I can confirm that it is possible but you need to know what you are doing and it seems to need some custom work depending on the laptop so a simple 'how to' is not going to be easy.
