Default Parking Brake tension

Bought used e65. Replaced gears in parking brake. Now it travels fine in and out. But it says "malfunction" after going in or out, then it wont go back. Then I'll clear it in inpa to release it or engage it.

The shoes are adjusted after replacing the gears.

But the adjustments in inpa can be changed but I'm not sure which are which. Does it adjust the engaging and disengaging? Or is there somewhere else?
