Default SSS Progman: other car as power supply?

may I ask a probably stupid question?

Is it possible to use a second car with running engine bridged to the own battery to provide the needed 13V for SSS Progman while executing a measurements plan (EGS ZUSB number change)?

I don't have a battery charger with 14V...

many thanks for you replies!
