[HELP] How to connect iCOm directly to notebook running VMWare Ista/Jumpgate?

I have VMware of Ista D2.36 Ista/P 2.50.4.
It runs good, can connect to iCOM and use ISTA/D
iCOM uses DHCP IP, not static.

However ,
I must do this:

Guest OS ->VMware Bridged mode->Host OS Win 8.1->Ethernet cable->router with DHCP->Ethernet cable->iCom

I want to do this:

Guest OS ->VMware Bridged mode->Host OS Win 8.1 with DHCP->Ethernet cable->iCom

Or something like this to remove the need to carry the router, router power supply and second Ethernet cable with me to use the iCOM.

Are there any VMware workstation gurus here who can explain how to make this work?

just edit ediabas.ini to your needs (intreface=REMOTE, Host = IP of your ICOM). Besides ICOM have to be locked before session
