Hi:

im new to the board. I am a ASE tech, but have no background with programing. I find it almost impossible to work on newer BMW's with the software i currently have. What type of Hardware and software do I need to work on 2004 and newer BMW's and what is the cost. Thanks Chuck

hi everybody.

can You clarify some things.
if i use D-Kcan cable and Rheingold diagnostic tool is it possible to see actual values from sensors, switch position etc..... i try different tabs, location but didnt find, so there is question is it cable problem or software lack of ability.
and i use BMW icom A2 instead of Dcan cable with the same soft then i can see actual values or not?
can somebody explain that? and if thats soft problem what soft then i must use. (i already know inpa, but i jsut think if ISTA-D is replacement then it must be more advanced and i think that there no need usage of inpa for values )
Thankx
