Default F07 NBT replacement with used unit

Recently bought an F07 with dead headunit. bout a used one from wreckers.
Plugged it in everything turned on but no sound.
Got myself an enet cable and esys flashed the NBT to match the car's software level. Also programmed the car's existing VIN into the NBT. Got the sound and everything to work now except navigation, it is grayed out.

I have both FSC codes for my car's VIN and donor VIN. What ever i try it will not accept any FSC codes to get navi to work again.

Anyone have any ideas.

Thanks,
