Default Help! Icom A2 Unable to read out E36 with icom C

Hello guys, I tried to read out two E36 with icom c but no luck. Icom A2 read out E46 successfully.
ISID 3.1 VMware
ISTA-D 2.36
ISTA-P 2.49.1

Icom A2 firmware is 03.10.04
Did any one able to read out E36? If so with what version of Icom A is?
