Default ICOM A is not. recognizing Kl.15

Hey Guys, i have a problem with my ICOM A1 (genuine).
It doesn't recognize Kl.15 on ca and on desk. So i openend the connector today and found out what is the problem.

The Transistor on Pin 1 is burned off. The problem now is, i dont know which value it should be.

Does anybody know where to find a schematic or may anyone open his icom a to check for the value?

Best regards

Robert

Default

Problem solved. The Diode is a 24C and i replaced it by a similar one.
Soldered a bypass for the damaged circuit line and it works fine now.
