Default ICOM Problem when connecting

Hi!
I've my VMware and the two VMs (ISID and ISSS), bought the clone version.
I've plugged correctly the ICOM to the BMW car, and the ICOM with a network cable to our network switch. Both SYSTEM and LAN leds are light.

In the PC, the network is bridged and plugged to the network switch also.

I can ping the ICOM....but the ISTA does not seem to work, as it cannot see it when trying to read out the vehicle data.

Anyone had similar problems with this?

Thanks!

It's best if you have the ICOM connected to a network port that is not connected to another network. Two network ports works best if you need network access.

Hello guys!
I've managed to make some cars work.. but others are not working.. for example BMW trucks (X5), and other cars like E60 530D 2007... 2008 version does work.. it's kinda random...

The problem is that the ECU tree, says that ECUs are not responding...

Think..You are using a wrong firmware. Either go to your merchant or any BMW Repair service center. They can solve your problem easily.
