Default Icom wifi

hi guys

i connected my icom to wifi, punched all settings by hand, everything works fine, but when u reboot or inplug icom it goes back to default settings, any solution for that ?

i know u can use usb 2.0 stick with settings file but i dont know how to set up wifi with it

Yes would be good to know

I am aware of attempts at working out the parameter names but the attempts were not successful

One thing which will work is to use a TP-Link nano router in client mode powered from the USB port

[Only for registered users... ]

Works for both clone and factory ICOM

You leave the config file alone and connect the ethernet port of the ICOM to the TP-Link

For notebook use you would set the TP-Link to AP mode and to work with an existing AP use client mode
