Seems as if you have ISID running, not ISIS!

You can only register devices with ISIS!

You bought a native install laptop with ISID running. As you can see, there's already an ICOM registered, but not connected.
And you try to connect another ICOM with different serial and MAC to it, which is not registered.

You need ISIS server to register devices. WSM will also be shown in ISID, as you can see. But only the WSM which is originally stored on ISIS.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply and all your help,

That makes sense to why we are unabel to add a new device.

Is the ISIS server something that I need to install or is there another way to access it.

Can be installed natively (I would'nt recommend)

Maybe ISIS is not runnning ?

it's not possible to install ISIS and ISID on the same hardware natively and let them run in the same time.
