Default ISIS WSM ICOM Visibility Problem

I'm having some trouble getting my ISIS WSM (Workshop System Management) System Overview to recognize my ICOM device.

My ISIS/iBase is appropriately registered, and attempts to access(e.g, ping, http, etc.) the network-connected ICOM device all succeed both in and outside of the virtual machine in which ISIS is installed.

I've excluded all in-use IP addresses (set a not-allowed range/pool in the Workshop Network tab of WSM), but to no avail.

Beyond adding the ICOM as a new device in the WSM (via entering its unique MAC address, assigning it a color, etc.) are there any additional steps necessary to make my ICOM visible in the WSM System Overview?

Any help would be much appreciated!!!

From 2.9 isis/itools version , ICOM will not displayed into Itools.
try to open ista/d or ista/p and check if icom available.
