Default Ista-p programing issue

New to programing BMW's,
needing to replace foot well modules on an e90 2010 and a mini 2010 r56.
Downloaded and installed system from BMW, problem is during programing both cars hang up at ULF-SBX module, have tried several times.
Am I missing something I should be doing?
Thanks Joe

Check the programming status of the ISPB \ ULF SBX in ISTA P. Double CLick the module and if it says programming status 12, try programming it via WinKFP.

This was a problem earlier, dont know what caused it, but i got two cars with this problem that previous programmings on these modules had failed. Winkfp saved me.

What if it says that the "the programming status is 15"?
